Game Day: Scorebook & Pitch Log Process
We will utilize Google Drive as our means of sharing the scorekeeping information after each game. Each scorekeeper will receive an “invitation” to a specific Google Drive folder (via the email you provided to your manager/team parent) where this information can be uploaded. If you have any questions or have any issues downloading the app/accessing the shared folder, please reach out to George at (303) 619-6515.
After the end of each game, you will need to take pictures of the following two (2) items:
1. Your score sheet for your team
2. Your score sheet for the opposing team
*Note: these images can be combines in the same file- see below
Please upload these images in your shared Google Drive folder, using the following steps:
1. Open the Google Drive App
2. Navigate to the Scorekeeper Folder that was shared with you
3. Within that folder, click the “+” icon to add a new file
4. Click “Scan Document”
5. Take a picture of your team’s scorebook from the game
6. Click “Keep Scan”
7. Take a picture of the opposing team’s scorebook
8. After capturing both images, click “Save”
9. Under the “Name” Column - title the file using the following format
a. “MANAGER NAME - DATE”
10. Click "Upload"
